Aloe Vera Drink recipe:
Ingredients:
*half of a aloe vera leaf
*water
*honey
Directions:
*Cut aloe leaf horizontally (1 centimeter band each)
*Toss into a pot
* Add water (Tip: 1 part aloe 2 parts water)
*set flame medium and occasionally stir.
*bring up to a boil and let it sit
*add a bit of honey and stir in
*pour into cup and enjoy (the color of the drink should be pinkish purple.. yeah it's normal =D)
WARNING: Drink is bitter.. add a bit more honey if needed.. but don't over do it.
Aloe Vera Mask:
The reason for telling you only to use half of leaf was.. making a mask! This is super simple and very effective!
Ingredients:
*The rest of your aloe Vera leaf.
Directions:
*cut open as if you were cutting a bread roll open to make a sandwich
*with the inner flesh part up against your face, start to spread the gel over you face evenly
*allow mask to sit of 20 minutes or intill dry.
*wash off with Luke warm water and apply toner and moisturizer

p.s. have a scar? use this as a spot treatment. just dab a bit on the scar and go on with you daily activities. apply numerous times a day.
